Brushi Spare Heads

Tried to order replacement heads . Complained as can’t get . No response and when appeared as a saleable item , they cancelled the next day no order or stock for replacement heads . Appears it’s a one time purchase only brush as you can’t use it again when your heads wear out . What is the company response ? Silence . why are replacement heads not readily available ?

I just saw my friend (Ice Ruan)using this electric toothbrush, it felt very good, and my friend's teeth were also very well maintained, and then I said you buy me an identical one, and then, I received it, and it was indeed a very good experience, thanks to my friend and thanks to Brushi~

As such good reviews I purchased a Brushi but their aftercare service is really bad.
All I want are new heads but have come up against a brick wall and others say money sent but no heads or funds returned.
Is this company actually a scam?

Whilst I love the toothbrush like so many others have tried to order extra heads. They initially took the money no conformation nothing arrived. No explanation. Money was eventually refunded. Disappointed as would like to keep using.

Received my brush but no extra heads. Placed two further orders for additional brush heads with no response whatsoever.

As others have stated, zero customer service and now have an unusable brush.

Needs reporting to Trading standards!
